Shen Li Dodge, Founder and CEO, started L.A. Confidential HR Solutions LLC in 2023.  Shen is a multi-lingual HR leader (Bilingual in Mandarin and English and some French) with an international background. Shen holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada and has been working in the professional HR fields in California in the past decade. Shen is PHR-CA Certified. The experience working with start-ups, small to medium sized companies in the U.S also internationally has afforded her a keen sensitivity to cultural differences, diversity, equity, inclusion and the ability to navigate with ease within multicultural organizations.
